📦 Return / Exchange Eligibility:
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received a wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color due to our error.
🚫 What is NOT eligible:
- Wrong size ordered by customer.
- Change of mind after placing order.
- Minor color variation due to screen display differences.
📸 Required Proof:
To process your return or exchange, please share the following:
- Unboxing video (clearly showing the opening of the package).
- Photographs of the damaged/defective/wrong product.
- Must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
