At Liky Licks, we work closely with our fulfillment partner to deliver high-quality custom-printed T-shirts. Please read our return & exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Return / Exchange Eligibility:

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received a wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color due to our error.

🚫 What is NOT eligible:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer.
  • Change of mind after placing order.
  • Minor color variation due to screen display differences.

📸 Required Proof:

To process your return or exchange, please share the following:

  • Unboxing video (clearly showing the opening of the package).
  • Photographs of the damaged/defective/wrong product.
  • Must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  1. Email us at contactlikylicks@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Attach the video and images.
  3. Mention whether you’d like a replacement or refund (if eligible).

⏱️ Processing Time:

Once validated, we’ll ship a replacement or initiate a refund within 7 working days.
